  • Take a photograph of your product with all components visible. If needed, you may take multiple photos if that helps describe your issue better.

  • Send your photos to us at info@apexmotion.com. Please also send a description of your issue in detail. We will respond within 24 hours.

  • Download WhatsApp onto your device so we can establish further communication with you. This app is available for desktops, Android devices, and Apple devices.

  • Ensure that you have a headset connected to your phone. Otherwise, audio may become distorted as you communicate with your assigned representative.

  • Go ahead and call us through the app! If WhatsApp is unavailable for use, you may call us through our direct line instead at 1-778-298-8292!
