The Tray Feeder is an automatic tray and pan loading system that has a small footprint and integrates seemlessly into your existing production conveyor. 
It's a perfect way to start automating the non-value, repetitive tasks on your bakery and food production floor, while helping to set the pace of your daily production.

How it Works
The Tray Feeder automatically loads trays onto a conveyor with or without auto-placed parchment paper. Simply roll up the dolly full of trays, lock in the auto-lift feature and roll out the empty dolly. The Tray Feeder automatically moves the trays up one at at time to transfer directly to your conveyor.
